If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us or an item does not fit you, you can return it within 14 days The period begins upon delivery of the goods.

Please note that we can only accept returns of unused items. The goods must show no signs of wear and the security seal must not have been removed.

  1. Click on the profile icon in the store menu or go to the right of withdrawal or a return page and request a return.
  2. Log in to your account:
  3. Enter your email address in the "Email" field and then click "Continue."

  4. Open the email sent from our store in your email account and copy the six-digit confirmation code in the email.
  5. Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit confirmation code.
  6. Click "Request a Return" for the order you wish to return.
  7. If your order includes more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
  8. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  9. Click on "Request a return".
  10. If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. Once the product is returned, you'll receive a refund.

Once we receive your return, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt. After inspecting the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded (minus return shipping costs) according to your chosen payment method. Processing and refunding may take up to 14 business days.
